This is always a work in progress… “Stone” can be made of anything, but it’s the final paint and finish that make the project look and feel real.
I’ve seen some terrible work out there. Fortunately, I am blessed with Beth – who does my finishing. I dare say she’s the best. Most of these pictures are not mine – but I keep the pictures so I can go back from time to time for inspiration.
Well, here I am.
This will be my first “test” post here on my new web page. George and Nicole – you guys rock. This is cool.
I hope to move my thoughts and updates onto this page – rather than the media nightmare called Face-book I currently use. I have found that Face-book is great for some things, but just as in life – there’s a Yin to the Yang.
I have so many projects going right now I couldn’t even list them all. If you could look into my mind – you would see a place as disorganized and cluttered as a house on the TV show Hoarders. I’ve been told my mind is “unquiet”… it’s a description that fits perfectly. Sometimes my unquiet mind is a burden, but for the most part – it has helped me achieve levels of success I would not enjoyed otherwise.
On this redesigned page I am taking a new road. Previously, I did my best to use key words that would get me to the top of the Google searches – or write about stuff I though would attract more followers. I also took the same approach to my projects… I only worked on things with “media value”. The more I did these things – the less love I felt for the project I had dreamed of since I was a kid.
I need to get the love back. My friend George said I need to just “Geek Out” on this page and attract the kind of people that like the kind of stuff I like – and if that’s only 100 people… then so be it! It’s better to have 100 cool people than 10,000 ass-holes.
So – with that weird introduction, welcome to my web page / blog / nightmare / electronic “bucket list”.
